Q - Do you ship Internationally?
A - At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.
Q - I placed multiple orders -- can I combine shipping?
A - Orders cannot be combined for shipping.
Q - I've only received part of my order, where is the rest?
A - Because of how our printer ships products, multiple-product type orders often ship separately. Please check your email to see if you have received another tracking number.
Q - My package is missing, what do I do?
A - If your package has not been received within 15 days of shipping, reach out to us via email for assistance at royalraptor.design@gmail.com. Please include your order number in the subject line.
Q - I forgot to enter my discount code at checkout, can you add it to my order?
A - We cannot add discount codes / coupon codes after an order has been placed.
Q - Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?
A - We do not accept returns or exchanges, as all sales are final.
Q - What do I do if there is an issue with my order?
A - If there is an issue with your order, please send an email with your order number as the subject line to royalraptor.design@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package. After the 7-day window, no exceptions will be made.
